Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Style

A yoga class is a guided practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques and moments of meditation to balance body and mind. During the session, the guest can release tension, improve flexibility and connect with a state of inner calm. This experience promotes comprehensive well-being, fosters connection with oneself and promotes physical and emotional balance.

Objectives

  • Cultivate balance between body, mind and breathing, promoting comprehensive well-being. 

  • Through conscious movements, breathing exercises (pranayama) and moments of mindfulness or meditation, we seek to strengthen the body, calm the mind and increase connection with oneself. 

  • Reduce stress, improve flexibility, and develop greater body and emotional awareness.Format and duration

Format 1

  • Weekends
  • 90 minute classes

Format 2

  • Classes in the form of a retreat or intensive courses

Necessary resources

  • Living room
  • Yoga mats, preferably
  • Optional: other yoga tools (belts, blocks, bolsters, blankets)

Notes

  • Minimum group: 10 people
  • Maximum group: 20 people

Prices

  • Single classes: €15/person
  • Intensive weekend course (2 mornings + 1 afternoon): €100/person
  • Weekend retreat (activity only): €150/person
