A yoga class is a guided practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques and moments of meditation to balance body and mind. During the session, the guest can release tension, improve flexibility and connect with a state of inner calm. This experience promotes comprehensive well-being, fosters connection with oneself and promotes physical and emotional balance.
Objectives
- Cultivate balance between body, mind and breathing, promoting comprehensive well-being.
- Through conscious movements, breathing exercises (pranayama) and moments of mindfulness or meditation, we seek to strengthen the body, calm the mind and increase connection with oneself.
- Reduce stress, improve flexibility, and develop greater body and emotional awareness.Format and duration

- Classes in the form of a retreat or intensive courses

- Intensive weekend course (2 mornings + 1 afternoon): €100/person
