Active Global Stretching (SGA)

Active Global Stretching is a revolutionary method to prevent injuries, improve flexibility and gain quality of life, reducing accumulated stress and tension. Thanks to its proprioceptive approach, it helps correct incorrect postural perceptions and become aware of the body. It is practiced through guided and controlled postures, with attention to breathing, to rebalance the muscle chains.

Objective

  • Know our postural habits and way of walking to correct wrong habits.
  • Integrate new correct postures in the basic positions of life (standing, sitting and lying), to reduce or eliminate pain in the musculoskeletal system on a lasting basis.
  • Learn the global and simple SGA self-postures adapted to each person, and differentiate them from analytical or partial stretches.

  • Cycles of 9 sessions for 1 hour a week
