Mindfulness
Mindfulness or full attention is a meditative practice and body awareness, which connects us with the present moment consciously and without judgment. Helps reduce stress, improve emotional regulation and increase mental clarity. Its approach is secular, although it has roots in contemplative traditions.

Duration and format
- Format 1:
- 8 weeks, which consist of a 1.5 hour/week session (including a program, continuous care and support during that time, as well as an extra group coexistence session)
- Format 2:
- Specific weekly group workshops.
- Individual sessions.

- Adults: work teams, groups of friends, open groups.
- No previous experience
