Meditation

Practice focused on achieving a conscious state of attention, calm and clarity. Through silence you access the connection with yourself and in an attitude of bodily stillness, the mind joins in this stillness, connecting with the deepest essence of being. This is through concentration on breathing, body sensations or visualizations. There are different types of meditation, both secular and spiritual, that adapt to various objectives.

Objective

  • Cultivate inner calm, silencing mental noise to get in touch with the deepest essence of being. Open a space where the mind quiets and the heart expands, allowing a greater connection with oneself and with life, transforming how we inhabit the present, connecting with peace, clarity and inner wisdom.

Duration and format

  • Open group: 30 minutes.
  • Weekly group meditation: Chi Kung + Meditation. 1.15 h/week approx.
  • Meditation and healthy breakfast: once a week in the morning on the weekend. It consists of a 30-minute silent meditation and a healthy breakfast.
  • Possibility open to other formats such as female meditation or other rituals on special dates or focused on different objectives.
